The administrator of the personal data is the owner of the website,  a private individual, Adrian Chaber (hereinafter: “Administrator”).

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Purposes and basis of data processing.

The personal data of those who send inquiries will be processed for the purpose of answering the sent questions, conducting electronic correspondence, and carrying out the actions taken in response to the submitted request, which is a legitimate purpose of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

Recipients of data: Personal data may be made available to entities authorized by law. Access to the data on the basis of relevant agreements may also be provided to entities supporting the Administrator in the scope of its legal obligations and IT service providers.

Storage period: Personal data will be processed for the period of e-mail correspondence or answering questions asked by telephone, and then for the period of archiving of such data, except when consent to send commercial and marketing information is received or a business relationship is established. In that case, the retention period will be in accordance with the retention period for the data of “persons who have consented to receive commercial and marketing information via electronic communication or using telecommunication devices” or “contractors, their representatives, persons executing the contract and contact persons.”

Voluntary/obligatory nature of providing data: Provision of personal data is voluntary , however, it is necessary in order to receive a response to the inquiry sent.

Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations: Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Automated decision-making / profiling: The Administrator does not make decisions based on automated processing, including profiling (with respect to the purposes of data processing described above).

You have the right, as applicable, to:

• request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and if your personal data is processed by automated means on the basis of consent given or on the basis of a contract, you also have the right to portability of your personal data;

• to withdraw the consent you have given at any time, as long as the data were processed on the basis of that consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

• to object to the processing of personal data when the data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
